Last Updated: March 7, 2026

Welcome to WonderIT. By accessing or using this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Because WonderIT is an independently owned and operated social media project, these terms exist to ensure a safe and sustainable environment for both the creator and the community.

1. Acceptance of Terms

WonderIT is owned and operated solely by its Founder (an individual). By creating an account or browsing the platform, you legally agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use WonderIT.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

The Founder reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate age requirements.

3. User Conduct & Content

You are responsible for everything you post. To keep WonderIT a functional space, you agree not to:

Post illegal, hateful, or harassing content.

Spam or attempt to "hack" the platform's infrastructure.

Impersonate others or provide false information.

Note: The Founder does not claim ownership of your content, but by posting on WonderIT, you grant the platform a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content within the network.

4. Limitation of Liability

WonderIT is a solo-run project.

"As Is" Basis: The service is provided without any warranties. The Founder does not guarantee 100% uptime or that the platform will be bug-free.

Personal Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Founder shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.

5. Account Termination

The Founder reserves the right to suspend or delete any account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is deemed harmful to the community or the platform’s integrity.

6. Modifications to Service

As a solo developer, the Founder may change, update, or discontinue certain features of WonderIT at any time to maintain the platform’s health or pivot its direction.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Founder resides. Any disputes will be handled on an individual basis.
